FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Children grow up so quickly and change so fast. To capture that moment in time is the perfect way of treasuring those special moments as a family and capturing every child’s personality is our aim, those cheeky giggles and bright smiling eyes. I love children to run free, be themselves and have fun, doing what kids do the best…being kids! With our family portrait photography we try to capture that energy, as well as the rare moments when they relax and you get a glimpse of the person they are on their way to becoming. These special moments make up a child’s personality and that is what lifestyle family portrait photography is all about, capturing the uniqueness of your child.
For both parents and children alike, looking back at the photographs in the years that follow, those fond memories can never be forgotten and will be forever cherished. Below you will find more information about your experience with us. We understand that your family portrait photography session is unique so please do get in touch if you have any questions or would like to book your session.
What To Expect
Our family lifestyle sessions are photographed outdoors in the natural light in a variety of interesting locations. This could be a special place that you love spending time with your family; beside the river, amongst bluebells, in the woods, walking through beautiful fields in the countryside, the possibilities are endless.
I find children are more comfortable outside of the studio and enjoy playing hide and seek or having fun playing in the puddles with their wellies on. I want you to enjoy yourselves in the great outdoors and for the photographs to reflect your unique personalities. I also love dogs so if you have a dog feel free to bring them along as they are part of the family too!
Approximately 1 week after your session your images will be ready to view! Your photos will be presented to you on a private online gallery where you can view your photos and can purchase any of our collections.

Family lifestyle sessions take place throughout all of our seasons, so there is not a certain time of the year to book your session. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter look beautiful in any of your family photos and brings lots of colour and intrest in your photographs.

Your family session can take place at a special location of your choice. This could be the beach, woods, at a park or National Trust property etc. Our session fee already includes mileage up to 25 miles from GU34. Additional mileage outside of our 25 mile radius will be an extra charge to the session fee.

I always check the weather before our session. A few showers are workable as we can always take shelter and continue after they have past. Wellies and colourful rain coats make for fun photos, especially the kids playing in the puddles! If the weather is bad such as strong winds and continous heavy rain then we will contact you to reschedule your session.
