Mini sessions last up to 30 minutes, typically in a single location, and provide families with an affordable, easy way to get stunning professional photographs for gifts, home decor, or just to have around as delightful memoirs of a special day. We typically schedule a Mini session in small blocks of time in a beautiful outdoor location with lots of beautiful natural light.
After your session, you will have approximately 20 retouched photos to choose from. It’s the perfect way for new clients to get a taste of our photography style before booking a full session. They are also ideal for “themed” photos throughout the year marking special events and milestones.

Is there a limit to the number of family members?
Mini sessions are limited to families of 5 or smaller. If you have a larger family, I recommend you book a full session as this will give us more time.
How many outfit changes do you allow?
What happens if the weather is bad and it rains?
When will our photos be available?
We aim to have your photos ready within 2 weeks of your session. Your final photos will be displayed in a private online gallery to view and you will also have an online shop, so you can purchase additional images or products if you wish. As part of your package you will be able to choose 5 of your favourite digital images which you will be able to download.

HAIR & MAKEUP
If you want to apply your own makeup then I would advise the following:
- Photographic makeup is normally applied more heavily in order for your eyes to stand out better under the lighting and will not make you look washed out.
- Apply a power foundation to avoid shine on your face.
- Apply a natural nude lip gloss.
- For a stunning natural look, style your hair with some loose curly locks.
- Add on a professional hair and makeup artist to treat yourself to a full makeover which is a great way to unwind before your session (ask for more details).
- Have your eye brows tweezed / waxed a few days before your session to avoid redness or swelling on skin.
- Exfoliate, moisturise and hydrate in the days prior to your session to ensure you have glowing skin!
